The crew Crazy Ass Criminals also known as Crushing All Comp was active on the subway during the mid 1980s. The Crew started off on the streets of South Jamaica, Queens in 1981. It was founded by KZ 5 and EZ LG. Shortly after the crew was formed RAB became a member and would later function as the crew president. The crew dedicated much of their efforts to writing on subway car interiors.

The TPA crew was active during the late 1970s and early 1980s. The main members of TPA resided in Jamacia Queens. TPA was an all-city crew, writing on all three subway divisions all-city using all techniques including throw-ups, pieces and insides. They were most well known for their abundance of work on the E and F lines.
DONDI was a well rounded writer, covering all bases; bombing, whole cars and wild style. He achieved global popularity for his straight letter top to bottoms via the media, in publications such as Subway Art. He gained respect from his peers by doing major work tagging prolifically on the insides of all three subway divisions. Though well accomplished in the fore mentioned, DONDI's definitive attribute was the mastery of wild style lettering.

FBA started out of the Washington Heights section of Manhattan in 1978. The crew was comprised of mostly childhood friends from around 140th St. and Broadway. Close proximity made the One Tunnel an natural target. By the early '80s they were one of the most prominent crews on the 1 and 3 IRT lines. They became well known for whole cars with window down wild styles and characters. AIRBORN ONE, TACK, BABYROCK 137, SEP1, ALIVE 5, KAZE and SPADE 127 were some of the founding members.

This was, is, and always will be a practical part of my life. ....
My brothers and sisters, there is nothing wrong with doing the studies on this form of art called "graffiti". The only thing that has gone wrong however, is that the masses have gotten involved with it. Because of the corperate rap media market, our life styles, our lessons, and our form of language/ communication is being destroyed. One love to all my Now Why Cee people/breed on the strength. But what about these people who don't know about the first Writer/ graffiti artist to come up with the first "wild style"? Or the first DJ to do the first scratch. Or the first B-boy to do the first backspin.Or first MC to say "Yes, yes yall". What about these people who don't know? Think about it. Is it invasion/ Or is it a universal treedy to divide the divine culture known as "Hip- Hop"- NOT RAP. When I started My Graffiti career in 1992, the student and master relationship and code was essential. The meaning of Sun was to shine like one in my time. And the teachers were our masters who passed on the torch or education to us, so we ( the young street cadets ) could EARN our degree in the skills we obtained. This ment learning history, Science, and Mathematics of our educational system in order to show and proove at OUR social gatherings. However now in days, public sees us portrayed as lower class amusement and entertainment for MTV and VH-1 watchers. The mass population does not see the talent manifested through Allah that we obtain/ obtained. And of corse the great American Dream is to live a better lively hood in fame, fortune and glory to those who don't have such a thing (materialistically ), Yet priority is first and formost in living. There is such a thing called a "Life Time". And you Know how it is ... Times are hard. And if you Or the
Man, Woman or Child is not educated on how the world revolves around each one, then there is no other solution in this culture's last days but chaos- The Absence of Peace. So in conclusion, Please don't sell your selves out like pieces of replaceable objects. Do what you do for the scene and not for the green( only if you can ). But also remember, keep the talents hidden as deep as you can in your hearts, and use them only when necessary. It's about consciousness not mindless stress. Be Aware.

This is deticated to all those who have paved the ways known as the pioneers of our culture. The TRUTH is deticated to all the false rappers who exist today turning their own against their own, in order to make their own dollar bill< Which Will Never Happen In this Life Time.......... This statement goes to the ones who are not to scared to promote killing, conceiling, pimping, and degrading one another these days, turning more than half of the western civilization youths into wanna-be's. However they are scared to educate the people/ public to do better in their lives. Why? Are they not SuPOSED to be the roll models of this generation? Or were these rappers/ and R&B ( Rap & Bullshit) singers tricked into signing some CON Tracks for the DOLLARISM they crave, and turn many lost souls into slaves for which causes them to resort to greed and hate to get it. And once again SELL them selves and their/ or our people out to the market. So Who is Benefitting off this? The people who finance( fancy ) cars, rims, Motorola, Sprint, Verizon phones ( with tracking and triangulating devices placed in them for the federal monitoring purposes) and 2 way business pagers- which half of ya deaf, dumb, and blind fools got, and don't make no $$ from it. Thats why it is for work and business, and not an expensive monthly paid biological necessity scheduling device used for picking up "hoes", easily with in an effected population (mentally, physically, and/ or spiritually ) known as generation - X? Or are the companies which have been mentioned above being benefitted off of these so called artists? Please Send me your thoughts on this question.
